We tried to update our payment details with a new credit card. After entering the information, we received an error message with a red prompt asking us to add an address.
When attempting to do so, another message appears:
“There were some issues with loading our payment form. Please refresh and try again.”
We have tried multiple times, including refreshing and restarting the app, but it is currently not possible to update any payment details.
