It's been over a year since I signed up for the Education plan and I'm still a student. I want to renew (or upgrade) my student status, but the message keeps saying I'm verified and I can't access the Professional features (which are free for educators). Please, I need to upgrade and renew my Education plan.

I took a look at your account associated with the email on your forum account, and I can confirm that you’re still verified though the 4th of July 2025. In order to use your Professional tools, be sure you’ve selected the team associated with your Student verification in the file browser.
