Our account is currently locked, and our payment due date was May 7. We would like to proceed with the payment; however, we currently require only 3 seats and would like to reduce our subscription from 4 seats to 3 seats.
We already removed 1 seat from our account; however, the billing section is still showing payment for 4 seats. We are also unable to find the proper seat management or invoice update options in the billing section of our account settings to make these changes from our side.
Kindly help us reduce the seat count and share the updated billing/payment details accordingly so we can complete the payment process.
