Unable to receive the email

Members of our team are unable to register accounts and also fail to receive the relevant emails. However, the email addresses of the other people are correct. When we send them emails, they can also receive them.

A couple of quick things to double-check first:

  • Have they checked their junk/spam folders?

  • If your org has strict email security, it may be worth asking your IT team to check whether emails from Figma are being filtered or blocked on the server side.

If they’re still not receiving anything, the best next step would be for each affected member to reach out directly to our Support team via the chatbot: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

When you get a chance, could you also let me know how many members are experiencing this issue?

I'm very glad that you could reply to me.
At present, only one person in my team has encountered this problem. The other colleagues can all receive the emails. I have checked all the spam emails, and none of them have been received.

Our team will be able to look into their specific account and investigate what might be causing the issue.
