I am unable to log into my company's Figma account after my long leave. It asked for an authentication code or sent an SMS for two-factor authentication. However, I am unable to receive an authentication SMS on my phone.
Since my work account got blocked, can not login post my topic, I used my personal account to add a comment to the ticket.
I already opened a support ticket (#1815278 with my working account) on your official support website long time. But I haven’t received any response yet in my work inbox. Could you please help check on this and escalate this issue with our support team to get this fixed for on priority?
