unable to receive rally reward incentive

Hello, I completed the Rally Figma research, I am however unable to receive the reward from Tremendous because my email address is unable to receive emails from tremendous rewards emails as it believes it’s spam and thus cannot be unblocked. I reached out to their customer support and they asked that I reach back out to Figma to request that the reward be sent to a different email so I can access it.
