Thank you for taking time reading this message. 

I am one of high school art teachers. Currently our curriculum team tried to complete the verify procedure due to the new version updated. However, it continuously reported failed. We tried many times from different accounts of my colleagues, the same situation was happened every single time. We registered on your website via google form and also emailed for the problem but no feedback or response for at least 10 days.

As the request email you sent to us, the deadline for account review is 29th of September, please reply for the further support as soon as possible, whether it would influence the teaching process.
