Unable to publish plugin after enabling 2FA on Education account

I’m trying to publish a Figma plugin using my account.

During the publishing process, Figma asked me to enable two-factor authentication. I have already enabled 2FA, logged out, logged back into the Figma desktop app, and completed the 2FA verification successfully.

However, the plugin publishing page still shows this message:

“We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed.”

I emailed support@figma.com, but received an automatic reply saying Starter and Education accounts should post in the Support Forum.

Could a Figma Support Specialist please help verify my account and unblock plugin publishing?

Hi Jaycee, thanks for flagging the ticket.

I wanted to follow up because it has been a few days, but I still haven’t received any email update from support.

Could you please help check whether ticket ID 1879818 is still being reviewed, or if there is anything else I need to provide?

I’m still blocked from publishing my plugin and the publishing page continues to show:

“We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed.”

Thank you.
