Unable to publish plugin — "account details change" block (WebCraft)

Hi Figma Support Team,

I'm trying to publish my plugin "WebCraft" but I'm blocked at the final publish step with this message: "We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed."

I recently enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) on my account.

I have already sent an email to support@figma.com and submitted a request through the Help Center, but I only received automated replies and no human agent has followed up.

Could a support specialist please check my account status and help unlock plugin publishing?

Thank you.

Hi @A Nan, Celyn from the Figma Community Support team here.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you’re currently blocked from publishing your plugin after enabling two-factor authentication.

The message you’re seeing can appear when changes are detected on an account and additional verification is required. I’ve located your support ticket, #2143703, and flagged it with the relevant team to give it the visibility it needs. A support specialist will follow up with you by email as soon as they’re able, so please keep an eye on your inbox.

Thanks for your patience while the team looks into this!
