- File URL: You mentioned the file name, but could you also share the direct file URL? Please also grant view access to support-share@figma.com — this won't affect your billing.
- Screenshot or screen recording: You mentioned seeing an "unable to publish" message — could you share a screenshot or recording that error message includes?
This will help our team investigate the issue more efficiently through your dedicated ticket.
