Unable to neither delete my account nor change my email

I had a Figma account using my college email id and i deleted it and then created a new account using the same email id so that i can verify in the professional plan but that didn’t happen and i am again trapped in the starter pack so i thought of deleting my second account too but its not happening, it keeps on showing “An error occurred while trying to delete your account” after this i tried to change my email to a personal one but then when i am trying to verify it keeps on showing “your link is expired or malfunctioned”
Please help me out, i am falling behind in class due to the starter pack so i desperately need to delete this account.
P.S.: I have no subscriptions or billing going on
