Hello, 

We currently have an Organisation subscription and I would like to reduce the number of FULL licences before it is renewed.

I would like to highlight two issues here:

  • Tickets opened via the chatbot never appear in the ticket list on the https://help.figma.com/hc/fr/requests page and have not been replied to
  • Tickets opened via the Request interface do appear, but they also remain unanswered.

My subscription is due to renew in 2 days, and despite all the requests I’ve made in good time, I haven’t received any response from Figma!!

How can I get an urgent response?
