I'm reaching out for assistance with verifying my student status for Figma's Education plan.
I'm currently an IT student and attempted to re-verify my account due to Figma's recent update. However, I'm encountering an error that's preventing me from completing the verification process.
The issue is when I try to verify, I receive the message: "Verification Limit Exceeded - We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer." What happened is that initially, I received a "we're having troubles, please verify later" error. I waited a few days and tried again, which resulted in the "Verification Limit Exceeded" message. I've attempted multiple times over the past few weeks, but continue to see the same error page.
I'm unsure if my re-verification actually went through or if my account is still pending. Could you please help me resolve this issue so I can continue accessing Figma's Education plan?
