Unable to add new project

Hi,

I have been unable to create a new project. It’s just showing the loading pop up with no action. Tried it on apps, browsers, and mobile browsers showing the same thing. Tried it on different network also the same. I’m on the enterprise plan and was a manager for our team’s workspace.

When I click create project I encounter a modal with a spinning wheel but the step to add my project title never appears.
