For some reason I’m unable to add, delete, or edit my projects on my iPad. I’m not sure if this is just an iPad thing or not because I’m away from my desktop. Also I’m aware that you have to be the project owner in order to be able to have edit capabilities which I should have because I’m the only one that’s on this project. Any thoughts?

Are you working in a Figma Design file or a FigJam file?
Just to clarify: on iPad, editing capabilities are a bit different depending on what you’re trying to work on.
- Figma Design files: you can view and comment, but direct editing (like adding/deleting/editing projects or files) isn’t supported.
- FigJam files: you can edit files within the Figma app.
If you’re using an older FigJam iPad app, note that it’s being retired (Jan 8, 2026), and everything is moving into the main Figma app. You can find more info in our Help Center article: FigJam for iPad.
