Unable to Activate Education License – SheerID Verified

Hi everyone,

I’m having issues activating my Figma Education license, and I’m hoping someone from the Figma team can help.

My student verification was approved by SheerID on September 25, and they confirmed that there is nothing more I need to do on their side. However, I never received any activation or confirmation email from Figma, and my account is still stuck on the Free plan.

My university email (which I used for verification) is a Neptun-based address that automatically forwards to my personal inbox. I cannot access the original mailbox directly, so it’s possible that the activation email was not forwarded correctly. Unfortunately, I have not received any message — not even in spam.

I have already sent multiple emails to Figma support and to the education@figma.com address, but I haven’t received any reply yet.

I really need access to the Education plan for my university studies and ongoing coursework, so this is becoming quite urgent for me.

Could someone from the Figma team please look into my case or resend the activation email?

I was able to locate your support ticket with the Figma support. Please check your inbox when you have a moment. You should now have an email from Figma confirming your access.
