I have double checked everything you mentioned but all I am seeing is "Free" being mentioned in my plan details and unable to use any of the professional features. I double checked the email from sheer id and they have mentioned that they have manually verified my details and activated my student account.

We do not have the ability to review and/or make changes to accounts/billing/plans/etc.; this includes Education plans.
Please reach out to education@figma.com for further help. They will have more insight they can provide.
