Hi Figma Support Team,

I'm reaching out because I’m unable to access a file I previously created on my Figma account. The file now returns a “Hmm, we couldnt find that one” error when I try to open it. I was the sole editor and only shared the file for viewing access with others. I did not intentionally delete it, and I don’t recall moving it to another location.

Here are the details I can provide:

• Email address associated with my Figma account: anatoyedusi@gmail.com

• Approximate file name: Email Management Web App

• Was the file shared? Yes, it was shared for viewing only.

• Where it was created: In Drafts (personal workspace)

• Link to the file (if available): 

  

   

I’ve already checked my Drafts, search history, browser history, and confirmed I’m logged into the correct account. I’d appreciate any help you can offer in recovering or locating this file.
