Hi,

I am unable to access my Figma account and have not received a resolution through support.

My account was registered using my university email, which has been locked by my university due to storage limits on it. As a result, I cannot complete the two-step verification process, and I am fully locked out of my account.

This is an education account, and I opened a support ticket approximately two weeks ago, but I have not received any response or progress.

I would greatly appreciate assistance with either:

  • Regaining access to the account by disabling the 2FA

  • Updating the account email address from your side so I can log in again

Please let me know what information you need from me to proceed. I am happy to provide any verification required.

It sounds like the main blocker right now is that you can’t receive new messages at the email address tied to your account, which is preventing you from completing 2FA. One thing that may help in the short term is checking with your university’s IT department to see if they can restore access to that inbox, since a school-issued email address is required for verification on the Education plan.
