Unable to Access Full Paid Version of Snow Dashboard UI Kit

Hi!
I purchased the Snow Dashboard UI Kit by ​@ByeWind , but I only have access to the preview version inside my Figma account. The full paid version is still not available to me.

I’ve sent messages on both Twitter DM and Figma Comments, but I haven’t received any reply yet. It has been 3 days, and the creator is active online and posting, but I’m not getting proper support even after purchasing the design.

You can copy the Snow Dashboard UI Kit you purchased from the Figma community to your Figma account from the purchase page. The Snow Dashboard UI Kit links to several component libraries, all listed on the "Libraries in this file" page. You can copy them using the links on that page. You can restore the pages in the Snow Dashboard UI Kit to an editable state using the "Detach instance" operation. If you want to change components, you need to download the main components to your Figma account from the "Libraries in this file" page and switch between them. Instructions for these steps can be found on that page.
