Unable to access education plan after approved SheerID verification

Hello, I have already emailed education@figma.com and filed a support ticket without any help. 

I would like to know why I am unable to access education plan despite confirming with SheerID that my educator status has already been verified.

I understand you’re having trouble creating or upgrading the team you want to use for your Education plan after your educator status was verified.

 

Could you confirm whether you followed the “Create, upgrade, or join a team” instructions in the Figma for Education guide?
If not, please review that section here: 3. Create, upgrade, or join a team

I can see your support ticket (#1753642, #1761526) on my end. While the Education team typically responds within 5–7 business days, I’ve escalated your case internally so it can be prioritised. Someone from the team should be in touch soon.

Hello, thanks so much for replying. 
I can confirm that I have tried to create a test team and still am only offered these options.
