Hello Figma Support Team, I am unable to access my account because I have not received the verification code sent to my registered email address, [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to this email address and I get stuck at the verification step when trying to log in. Hi ​@hakaslan - sorry for the account trouble, and if this has been causing delays in your work. First, just wanted to highlight that I changed the title of your topic to make it more clear.

To protect your personal information, we are not able to assist with any billing changes on the forum (refunds requests, payment method changes, etc), so as you mentioned, you will need to receive assistance from our support team via email.

@hakaslan I can confirm that our support team has reached out to you today.

I know you mentioned you wanted to access the account under your edu email. It is my understanding that email address is now not available to you, and that support sent you a response to your gmail address (they also attempted to send to your edu address just in case, but it bounced back as undeliverable).

Please continue to reply in that email thread/ticket sent to your gmail address. They can try to assist you in accessing the Figma account registered to your edu address, but will need you to confirm the information they requested. Thank you for understanding.
