I was working on this Figma file when suddenly the canvas itself turned blank with an error pixel icon at the top. The layer section then turned to an inactive state, which meant the frames and design I worked on were there, but I just couldn't see them. I can access other pages on that file but not this specific one; once I open it, the others follow suit. Please, I have important work on that file. How do I get it back? I followed the WebGL article figma directed me to and i did everything asked, but still the error keeps coming back

Hi, @Design Taicho. Thanks for your post!

I can definitely understand the urgency here, and it looks like you’ve already done some troubleshooting to resolve this for yourself. Since you’ve already tried basic steps to make sure that WebGL is configured correctly, I went ahead and created a ticket with our Technical Quality team for you. You should hear back soon, and I recommend replying with the information I covered in the email. In the meantime, have you seen our article on reducing memory usage in files? I’m wondering if opening the file in thumbnail mode will let you view that page.
