I tried to get used to UI3 once again, but keep running into workflows that used to exist and now don’t (or I can’t seem to find them). The one I ran into today, which I use daily is as follows:
- I am looking for a component made by another team, I’m subscribed to their library but I don’t remember the name of the component exactly.
- I press Shift+I to open the asset panel
- I select the library and browse for the component
In UI3 the selection of a library is only available after I start typing. This implies that I know what the component is called…
Yes there is a workaround, go to assets panel, select the library there, browse for the component. But this slows me down as I prefer to keep my layers panel in layers mode. Switching back and forth kills the speediness of the previous workflow.
