Seems like the line between the FigJam options and the Halloween toggle has a divider that gets outside of its container. :-)

Looks odd, did you see this in the browser, the desktop app, or both? Since it was part of the Halloween feature, you might not see this anymore, but your heads-up is still super helpful for the team.
