Troubles with education plan access

I downloaded figma recently and tried to access educational plan. I verified myself and app sent me a confirmation that everything completed. But when i try to create a team using educational plan, there aren't any options for that, and when I'm clicking “professional” there also only information about payment.

Please help me 😭

Thanks for sending over your other email @Polina Karaman - just circling back here.

It does look like you’ve gotten your education approval under your other Figma account email. So to quickly sum up:

Your account at k*****6@gmail.com was approved for an education plan on August 28.

Your account under 2*****@kdidpmid.edu.ua is a basic starter account.

So as of right now, you’ll have to apply your education plan on a team in your k*****6@gmail.com Figma account.

My recommendation right now:

Please view this help page on details regarding Figma for Education
Under “2. Verify your education status” -- see the section on “I verified the wrong account/email address and need to change it”
Follow the recommended steps there -- you can fill out a specific form to request that your education plan be moved to a different account.

Hey @Polina Karaman - sorry for the trouble accessing your education plan! A couple of things:

I did some searching using the account you have associated with your forum account email address (one with ‘kdid’ as part of it), and I’m not seeing any approvals for an education plan under it.

I’m wondering if you may have multiple accounts, and your education verification was applied to a different account than the one you intended to upgrade. Do you have 2 (or more) different Figma accounts?

Thanks for replying! yes i have two but i made sure i logged in this one before applying. You think my account wasn't verified? I just checked and in settings it wrights that Role is Education, if it helps

Hmm...can you provide me the email address of your other account? You can PM that to me. I’d like to take a look at that account too, just to cover all bases. While unlikely, it’s possible something got mixed up with the 2 accounts and I want to check on that.
