Transferring a PRO subscription to another workspace.

Hi. I purchased an annual Pro subscription yesterday, but unfortunately it was applied to the wrong workspace. Is it possible to change this?

I think you’re already aware of this based on your message, but wanted to highlight just to cover all bases:

The Professional subscription model in Figma is structured on a per-team basis. This means that when you upgrade to a Pro plan, it applies only to the specific team you selected during the upgrade process. Each team requires its own separate subscription if you wish to upgrade multiple team.

In most cases, we cannot directly transfer a paid plan from one team to another -- HOWEVER, our support team can review your case and present other options available to you.

When you have a moment, can you please PM me the name of the team you applied your Professional plan on, and the team you intended to upgrade? I’ll follow up with you there.
