Hi Figma Team!

I had been using my figma account on company's email with student subscription. Now that I have lost that account as the account is deleted or deactivated, I want it to transfer to another account so that I an get emails and details about subscription. Please transfer the account or files also if possible to the new one >redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII]

Hey ​@Muhammad Bilal! I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket for you. Your ticket number is #1380591, for referenceOur support team will now begin the process of manually updating the email address on your Figma account. To complete the update, they’ll just need to verify your ownership of the account. Once the email change is confirmed, you’ll be able to log in and move the files to your new account.
