Tranfer my Figma Pro Account to my personal email address

I would like to transfer my Figma Pro Account to my personal email address. Currently I just realized I am using my work email address. can you help me on this please, I don’t want to pay my monthly subscription using my work email.

Hi ​@Jackie_Artrageous - thanks for reaching out. It sounds like the Figma account you're trying to transfer is registered under a former employer's email (meaning you longer work there). Is that correct? Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

If so, do you have emails from that work address forwarded to your personal email? If yes, you can use that to reset your password, log in, and update your account email from there.

If you no longer have access to that work email, unfortunately there is nothing we can do on our end without confirmation from your former employer. Since the account is tied to a company domain, we'd need a member of their IT department to send a confirmation email to support@figma.com from an official company email address (such as it@company.com or admin@company.com) before any changes can be made.

I am still connected. I just want to use my personal email address. I actually did it. but when logged in in figma using my personal emai, it’s not the figma pro plan that i subscribed monthly.

It does sound like your account email was successfully updated. That said, in Figma, Pro plans are tied to a team rather than an individual account — so if your team isn't reflecting the Pro plan correctly, that would require a closer look at your billing and team details on the backend, which is beyond what I'm able to access from here.

The best next step would be to reach out directly to our support team. You can submit a ticket at support@figma.com — just let them know that you updated your account email and that your Pro plan is no longer showing under your personal login. They'll be able to dig into the details and get everything sorted out for you.

no you got it the wrong way. i dont want the pro plan in my work email.. I want to transfer that pro plan in my personal account.
