Ticket name clarification

I have a ticket for Config India, but the attendee’s first name is misspelled on the ticket.
I noticed there is an option to change the first name in the registration details. Could you please confirm whether I can use this option to correct the spelling of the attendee’s name?

Also, will the corrected name be reflected on the event badge, and will there be any issue with entry if the name on the ticket is corrected but the original registration had a typo?

Thanks for flagging this! I checked internally and can confirm that you can use the "change first name" option in your registration details to correct the spelling yourself. That's the right way to fix it, and it'll be reflected on the printed event badge.

If the last name also needs a correction, that one isn't self-service. Please send me the attendee's email in a DM and I'll make sure it gets updated on our end.

Since entry requirements are tied to the last name matching your ID, a first-name-only correction like this shouldn't cause any issue with entry. Hope this clarifies!
