Ticket #2096251 – still no response after 3 weeks

Hi, I opened ticket #2096251 on August 27 regarding library updates and new variable modes not syncing properly in the desktop app (works fine in browser, but the desktop app shows stale update indicators that won't clear even after clearing cache and a full reinstall). I haven't received any response since, and the issue is still ongoing. Could someone check the status and escalate this? Thanks!
