This file has unsaved changes - Almost always

Hi there,

 

I have a decently large design system library file in which I work often. Lately, I’ve been getting the “This file has unsaved changes” dialog quite often, and the file tends to run slower when that's the case. I can’t figure out how to force the saving of changes and when I try to reload the tab it gives me the unsaved changes warning as well.

 

My internet connection is perfectly fine.

 

Did something change recently, causing this issue? In general I feel like Figma has taken a step back in quality recently. I’ve been experiencing layout shifts again in collaborative files as well.

Not being able to reliably save changes, especially with the slowdown you're describing, isn't expected behavior, and I'd like our team to take a closer look at what's happening in your specific file.
