The share button on a folder doesn't work, if I want to share access to a folder to users who are not in the team, they don't get access to the folder immediately, they don't get access at all
In this case, it's not the folder I linked to with the drafts that opens, but the user's drafts

Hi @glerwox, Thank you for reaching out about this.

I get that you're having trouble inviting people to a project.

Thanks for the project link. Just to make sure, is this the one you want to invite your collaborators?

It appears that you currently don’t have access to this project. Please note that you need the right permissions to invite people. You can check the Team Actions section for your plan to see what permissions you need:

Do you have another account that can access the project? If so, could you tell us where things go wrong?

  1. Opening the “Share this project” modal and entering collaborator emails, then clicking [Send invite].
  2. Collaborators receiving the email invitation.
  3. Collaborators accepting the invitation and accessing the project.

Here's a guide with more info: Guide to Sharing and Permissions

Hope this clears things up!

Thanks again for reaching out.
