The new Figma UI is just not working...

Hey ​@Minjong_Lee! I hear you, adjusting to a new interface can be frustrating, especially when it impacts your workflow and slows you down.

While it isn’t possible to revert back to the previous UI, I believe that with a bit more time, the new UI may start to feel more intuitive and efficient. Feel free to check out our Help Center article on Navigating UI3.

This might help you pick up some shortcuts or tips to make the switch a little smoother. 

If there are specific things about the new UI that you’re struggling with, I’d love to gather that feedback and pass it directly to our product team. They’re actively listening and making improvements based on user feedback.

I am finally seeing people expressing pain!! The new UI made everything look alike and lowered the contrast. Not even to mention the toolbar always in the bottom middle, and the only way to hide it is to hide the whole thing!! Can we please bring back the previous UI?? This new design is not tailored to the user. 

It all is just f*cked up. unresponsive, multiple selects suddenly adding other elements when dragging, alignments not working, elements and objects getting inside and outside frames randomly, slow responses, and more. What are the devs at doing?? I really start to get frustrated by Figma!

To help me understand what’s going on and get this sorted, could you share a bit more detail?

• Is this happening in the browser, the desktop app, or both?

• Does it occur in all of your files, or only certain ones?

• When did you first start noticing these issues? Did it begin after a recent update?

The more specifics you can give, the easier it will be for us to pinpoint what’s causing the problem.
