The files are no longer accessible

Hello.
Yesterday I created the files and was working on them.
This morning I saw that my files had disappeared. Drafts, deleted section and Trash is empty.
Please help me solve this problem.

    Do you have any other Figma accounts you might have used? If so, could you please double-check that you're logged in with the account that you used to create and work on the file?

      After clicking on the link I get an error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

      UPD 
      I ended up doing it after I logged out of my account.
