Hi! I purchased the file from the community, but I’m unable to open it. I keep getting the error: “You’ve made too many recent attempts. Please try again later.”

I did open quite a few files previously, but I haven’t opened any files in the past day

How can I access the file I purchased, and how long should I expect to wait for the restriction to be lifted?
