The content of SVG changed without any modification from designer

I am using Figma plugin api  to get svg content of icons maintained by designer.

exportAsync({ format: "SVG_STRING" })

But sometimes I see the content of SVG changed but the appearance of icon still same. I confirmed with designer that they didn't change it. For example:
