MacBook Pro Pro Max M3, this is what the application window looks like. It only works in the Safari browser. How can I solve this problem?

Hey @Anatoli — welcome to Figma Forum, and thanks for flagging this (and for sharing the screenshot!).

A few other designers have reported something similar in the thread: “[Bug] Thumbnails Not Appearing in Files” — could you take a look and see if what you’re experiencing matches that behavior?

Our engineering team has been rolling out a fix for this in the most recent Figma Desktop App update. If you haven’t already, try restarting the app and make sure you’re running version 125.9.10 or later.

If the issue persists after that, let me know here and I’ll make sure it gets escalated for a closer look.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, it is Figma Desktop App version 125.9.10. Of course, I restarted the application more than once. Both before and now, I followed the link you provided and installed B betta version three. The effect is exactly the same. In the link you provided, people are writing about windows disappearing. I don't have any windows disappearing. When I first launch the application, I see the image in the screenshot. Nothing works. When I try to transfer an image, the file inside the program takes forever to load, and then nothing works anymore. On my

This is what the transfer looks like, uploading a file in the application

Earlier, I found a command for the macOS terminal on some forum. To clean up Figma files. As a result, the thing was installed like the first time. But the problem remained the same. A gray window with gray windows, no viable option.

this has been a big issue for me. The app has become so buggy, trying to open a file or switch accounts rarely every works without restarting the app several times. It also takes about 10 times as long to open a file.

Hi @Anatoli and @Lewis Warren — thanks for following up with this information, and I’m really sorry you’ve both run into these loading issues.

After a closer review, you’re correct — the problems you’re seeing aren’t connected to the other thread that I mentioned earlier. As for next steps:

  • @Anatoli → I can see you’re already in touch with our Technical Quality team. They’re actively reviewing your report and will follow up via the email linked to your account once there’s an update. Your case number is: 1569637.
  • @Lewis Warren → I’ve opened a new ticket with our Technical Quality team so they can take a closer look. Your case number is: 1583363, and you’ll soon receive an email from me (sent to the address linked to your Figma Forum account) with next steps. In the meantime, please reply here to confirm whether things are working normally in the web browser version, what steps lead up to the buggy behavior, and whether you’re seeing any specific error messages.

Thank you both for flagging these issues and for your patience while our team investigates.
