Hello! I need help understanding a billing issue.
I canceled my Professional Team subscription before the renewal date. My team is now locked, and I don't have access to billing settings or paid features.
However, on January 17th, I received a bill for €14.96.
So, I'd like to know if this is the monthly cost when creating a team, or what the error was.
I'd like to know if it's possible to get a refund. Thank you.
