I subscribed to the Professional plan because I want to use it individually, but I'm seeing a message that says the team is locked.


I’ve already removed all previous members (2), so I’m not sure why this is happening.

 

Could you please help me unlock the team or let me know what steps I need to take to resolve this?

I took a look at the account associated with your forum email address, and it looks like you reached out to support a couple of weeks ago. Did you receive support’s reply to your ticket #1298177?

If not, please check your inbox and continue working with support directly. The issue that you originally inquired about may be the cause of the locked team that you’re trying to access.
