Hey @Evedesign — welcome to Figma Forum, and sorry to hear you’re running into trouble editing your file.

If your team is locked, it’s likely related to a project limit after downgrading your plan. On the Starter plan, each team can have one project. If your team has more than one project when you downgrade, Figma will lock the team and prevent editing until things are reorganized.

To regain access, you’ll need to move your files so they fit within the plan limits. This article walks through how to do that: Move a project.

I’ve also removed personal information from your original post to protect your privacy. To make sure this gets a proper review, I’ve gone ahead and opened a case with our Product Support team on your behalf. Your ticket number is: 1712205, and they’ll follow up with you after taking a closer look.

In the meantime, please let me know if moving the project helps you move forward. 🙏🏻
