We are on an educational plan, and want to purchase a community design file. We are a tax exempt institution and need to submit a tax exempt certificate but the form to submit a request/ticket does not pop up when brought to the Figma help website. Who can I send the tax certificate to? And will that also remove tax from the online community design credit card purchases?
