Support Request #2188208 – No Response Received

Hello Figma Community,

I am currently facing an issue with Figma authentication.

I am unable to reliably receive the authentication  code required to access my Figma account. Because of this, I am having difficulty signing in and accessing our professional Figma workspace.

I already raised this issue with Figma Product Support under Support Request #2188208 and received the automated acknowledgement, but I have still not received any proper response or assistance.

The main issue is:

  • Authentication or verification code is not being received properly

  • I am unable to complete the authentication process

  • This is preventing or delaying access to Figma

  • Support Request #2188208 is still awaiting a response

Could someone from the Figma team please help escalate this ticket or advise how this authentication issue can be resolved?

For security reasons, I prefer not to share account-specific or organizational details publicly and can provide them directly to Figma Support.

Thank you.

Hey @RAMSHEEJA RAHIM, thanks for reaching out!
I can see your support ticket #2188208 and I’m escalating this internally now so our Customer Support team can take a closer look.

While we look into it, here are a few things worth trying:

  1. Check your inbox and spam or junk folders for emails from any @figma.com address.
  2. If you’re using a work email address, ask your IT team to check for filters or quarantine rules that might block @figma.com.
  3. Request a new code, then give it a few minutes to arrive before trying again.

Is the code you’re waiting on arriving by email, or is it a two-factor authentication (2FA) code from an authenticator app or SMS? If it’s a 2FA code and you saved recovery codes when you set it up, those may help you get in. You can find more info in our Help Center article: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA).

Thank you for your patience, someone from our team should in touch with you soon!

Hey @RAMSHEEJA RAHIM, Celyn here, stepping in for @Gayani_S.

Just a heads up that I’ve merged your post into this thread to keep everything in one place. I understand you’re still waiting to hear back from the team, and I’m sorry for the wait.

I’ve followed up with the team internally, and they’ll be in touch with an update as soon as they can.

Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
