Subscription canceled but still charged

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding my subscription.

I canceled my subscription about a week ago, and it was supposed to expire today. However, I noticed that I was still charged for the next billing period.

Since the subscription was canceled before the renewal date, I kindly ask you to review this issue and refund the charged amount.

If you need any additional information (account email, transaction ID, screenshot, etc.), I will gladly provide it.
