I have done everything (from turning off spam filters, to making sure the email works, tried from different browsers).

I am only logged into Figma via the Mac app.
I can’t login via Google, it’s not a google account.
It’s not via my 2fa auth code, it’s an actual email being sent
 

I am not able to login, I’m on a subscription and can’t even access my account.  The AI chatbot said they’d send me an update to my ticket via email, womp womp I don’t think I’ll get it.

What can I do?  I made this temp account to post this, my real account email is different.  please help
