Subscribed to their Collab seat for $5 per month; next month they charged me $40??!

Did you approve any seat requests from others on your team? It looks like you might have initially paid for a pro-rated seat, then the renewal charge includes that seat plus another seat. I checked and see that you’ve submitted a ticket, which is good - we can’t directly assist with billing and account issues here in the forum, so our support team will help you out via your ticket. I did not approve or authorize any seat change, and I never received any email or notification about a seat being changed.
