Student Verification Problem

Hello,

I am currently a graduate (Master’s) student at University in Türkiye, and I am experiencing issues with the student verification process on Figma.

All official student documents provided by my university are issued in Turkish. My student ID card does not include a graduation date, and since the new academic term has not officially started yet, I do not have an available course schedule. I am also studying with a full scholarship; however, the scholarship confirmation document is in Turkish and was issued as an official written statement.

I have uploaded all available official documents multiple times, but the system keeps rejecting them as “not valid.” At this point, I do not have any additional documents that can be provided in English.

I would appreciate your guidance on alternative ways to verify my student status, or if Turkish official documents can be accepted in this case.
