Hello Figma Support Team,
I am writing regarding an ongoing issue with my student verification status.
I previously encountered a verification limit issue and contacted SheerID directly. SheerID has confirmed that my student verification has been successfully completed on their side and advised me to contact Figma support for further assistance.
However, despite the verification being completed, my Figma account is still showing the student verification screen, and I am unable to access my workspace or continue any work. The verification prompt remains unchanged, effectively blocking all usage.
Since this issue has already prevented me from working for several weeks, I would really appreciate it if you could check my account status and manually sync or update the verification so that the restriction can be removed.
