Student Verification Completed via SheerID, but Still Blocked in Figma

Hello Figma Support Team,

I am writing regarding an ongoing issue with my student verification status.

I previously encountered a verification limit issue and contacted SheerID directly. SheerID has confirmed that my student verification has been successfully completed on their side and advised me to contact Figma support for further assistance.

However, despite the verification being completed, my Figma account is still showing the student verification screen, and I am unable to access my workspace or continue any work. The verification prompt remains unchanged, effectively blocking all usage.

Since this issue has already prevented me from working for several weeks, I would really appreciate it if you could check my account status and manually sync or update the verification so that the restriction can be removed.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.

I’ve checked internally and can see your case in the backend. For reference, your case number is 1671104. I’ve escalated it to our Figma Education team for further investigation and added a note to your ticket so the team is aware of your follow-up and the confirmation you received from SheerID.

At this point, our support team will need to continue the review on their side. They handle requests in the order they’re received, so please wait for their reply. They’ll follow up with you directly once they have more information. Thanks for your patience and understanding while the team looks into this!

 

Update: I see in the backend that you should have received an email from Figma confirming your access in your email now. I’ve gone ahead and closed the topic here!
