Hi

I have tried to verify my student account, and did it before the deadline - I even got an email that confirmed my re-verification but my student plan still expired. When I try to verify it again it says that I have exceeded the limit of times I can verify.

Is there a way to get the student-plan back? I have tried several times and different ways but nothing works.

If the “Verification Limit Exceeded” message is appearing, the next step is to reach out to SheerID again and follow up directly with them. They’re the only team who can review your documents, reset verification attempts, process appeals, and determine your eligibility. Their updated process is designed to handle these cases more effectively, even if you’ve contacted them before.

I know this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, but continuing with SheerID is the only path forward for completing the Education verification. You can contact their support team here.
