Hello, I was previously successfully verified as a student and granted access to the Education plan. However, recently Figma asked me to verify my student status again. I contacted my educational institution, and they confirmed that my email address and student information were already sent to Figma. They believe the issue may now be on Figma’s side. Could you please check my account and let me know why I am being asked to re-verify, or help restore my Education plan access? Thank you very much for your help. Best regards, Anastasiia Riabovich

I understand you’re having trouble with re-verifying your Education status.

 

I checked on our end and it looks like your account was previously verified as a bootcamp student.

For bootcamp students, verification is managed by the bootcamp administrator rather than by individual students. The administrator needs to submit a request to join our list of trusted partners and then verify students directly.

To help us look into this further, could you please confirm the following?

  • Are you looking to be re-verified as a bootcamp student?
  • If yes, could you please check whether your bootcamp administrator has already submitted the request? The admin can find the request form and contact details here: Verify your education status

If no, please follow the appropriate application process based on the type of classroom you’re in, as outlined in this guide: Figma for Education.

Once you confirm the details, I can check with our team and help investigate the next steps.

My bootcamp administrator has already submitted my details again back in December 2025. They confirmed that my email and all required information were sent at that time.

 

Please let me know if you need any additional details from my side, or if there’s anything else my administrator should do.

Did you admin submit a request to be an approved partner with this form? If so, there is nothing else you need to do at this time -- review of your bootcamp may take 2-4 weeks depending on volume. Your application may still be under review, if your admin submitted in December.
